Hey there!

This is Marie Feldborg, Marketing Director for Mobility, alongside Linda Csapo, Vertical Marketing Lead. Together, we’re driving growth in the Mobility sector, and we’re excited to be looking for a new colleague to join our team!

As a User Acquisition Specialist at Schibsted Marketplaces (https://schibsted.com/about/), you will play a pivotal role within our Mobility Marketing Squad. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that convert traffic into active users by driving various types of conversions throughout the buyer and seller journeys in our Mobility categories, across our leading Nordic brands (Blocket, FINN, Bilbasen & DBA).

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Mobility marketing team, as well as with product, tech, and analytics teams, to fuel growth and ensure the success of our user acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop user acquisition and conversion strategies tailored to our mobility marketplace offerings and services across all our Nordic markets in Sweden, Denmark & Norway for tactical conversion driven marketing activities.
  • Implement and execute the user acquisition and conversion strategies across the markets, by collaborating closely with local performance marketeers on campaign execution in the local markets.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns (social media, search engines, display advertising, etc.) to drive user growth within our Mobility categories, such as high quality traffic, leads on car ads, ad insertions in our Mobility categories, transactions for our mobility products and services etc.
  • Analyze user data and mobility user journeys to identify opportunities for growth and improvements.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of user acquisition and conversion initiatives, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and user experience.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in user acquisition and conversions strategies as well as general digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Brands & marketing team to create compelling content and creatives for campaigns.


    Qualifications & Experiences
  • Fluent in Swedish speaking & writing (Native level)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in user acquisition, digital marketing, or growth hacking.
  • Proven track record of managing successful user acquisition campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data-driven insights to inform strategies.
  • Experience with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amplitude, Braze, Tableau, Snowflake and other analytics software.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Skills & Requirements

Key Competence - What we are looking for:

  • Fluent in Swedish speaking & writing (Native level)
  • Someone that gets highly motivated by analyzing user data and identifying user trends to see what possibilities there are for conversion optimization in the Mobility user journeys, on and off our marketplaces, and with the ability to convert it into opportunities and activities for growth and improvement
  • A very hands-on profile that can manage and optimize multi-channel performance initiatives to drive user growth and user engagement within our Mobility categories, such as high quality traffic, leads on car ads, ad insertions, transactions for our mobility products and services etc.
  • High technical understanding of lead attribution with the ability to collaborate closely with product & tech teams, as well as relevant marketing colleagues with adjacent activities, channels and conversion goals
