This role focuses on technical leadership and mentorship, offering the opportunity to shape and influence key digitalization initiatives. This is what you will do
As part of the Digital and Analytics Solutions team within Lantmännen’s Group Functions, you will drive innovation and lead digital transformation across the organization. Your overarching responsibility is to ensure that our technological roadmap not only supports but advances Lantmännen’s global digital presence. By working closely with key stakeholders, such as development managers across group functions and within our business units, you will address technological challenges and help position Lantmännen as a leader in digital transformation.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing Lantmännen's external websites, customer portals, e-commerce platforms and PIM/DAM systems, ensuring these platforms align with technical standards and business strategies. Acting as a trusted advisor on both technological and strategic matters, you will directly influence how we deliver value through digital solutions.
You will provide technological leadership and guidance to development teams across Lantmännen, both within Group Functions and local teams across our businesses. As a leader, you will mentor these teams on their technical journeys, fostering innovation and creating impactful solutions.
You will report to the Head of Digital and Analytics solutions and you will be a member of the management team for Digital and Analytics Solutions, contributing to the long-term technical strategy for Lantmännen Group. This role is based in Stockholm or Malmö and will require occasional travel between our offices.

You have:
- A genuine interest in new technology and an eagerness to find the best technological solutions.
- Experience in complex IT environments within a matrix organization, and the ability to align technological initiatives with business goals.
- Deep knowledge and experience with tools and technologies such as Optimizely, Qbank, Inriver and .NET.
- Knowledge of Azure and AWS.
- Experience leading and advising development teams in both a formal and informal capacity.
- Familiarity with AI tools, component libraries and developer experience as a whole.
