About the role

As a Senior Electronics Design Engineer at Koenigsegg, you will take ownership of the complete ECU design process, bringing concepts to life and driving them all the way through production. You will also design advanced, analog, digital, and power electronics circuits that enhance vehicle performance, making you a key player in ensuring that our vehicles stay ahead in the fast-evolving automotive industry.

Further responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Mentor and inspire junior engineer, sharing your expertise to evaluate our teams capabilities
  • Support design reviews and DFMEAs
  • Perform board signal and power integrity analysis

As a Senior Engineer, it’s also important that you establish close working relationships to neighboring functions and ensure that our developments are aligned with the overall vehicle development.

You will be part of the Low Voltage and Vehicle Architecture team in Ängelholm Sweden and you will report directly to the LV and Vehicle Architecture Team Lead.

Skills & Requirements

    We are looking for someone who has extensive expertise in selection- and use of microcontrollers as well as digital communication and power electronics design, preferably in a similar industry. You will also be required to have proven experience in PCB Layout optimization, using tools like Altium.

    Required skills:

    • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant working experience
    • Engineering degree within relevant field
