As a Futurice Account Manager/ Client Lead, you will work in a team together with some of the very best consultants and professionals in software development, design and digital business. With your true passion for building quality customer relationships you will help them to succeed in delivering outstanding impact for your clients whose standards are high. You aim to become the most important trusted advisory for your client. In addition, you educate your accounts on Futurice Toolkits like LSC or our IOT Service Kit.
Our clients are leading international corporations in e.g. automotive, airline, energy, consumer goods and financial industries. We help them to find new ways to prosper and succeed in the digital era, in an ever more rapidly changing business environment.
This role consists of account management, business development, taking holistic responsibility for the health and well-being of customer accounts and sales within the accounts as well as overseeing projects. In addition to account management focus, you negotiate contracts with our customers, act as quality manager and are able to work as a project lead. You are not afraid to work as a hands-on consultant yourself when there is an opportunity - in fact, you love to do that.
We’re looking for a rising star who has some relevant experience in this field. You might have a Degree for example in Information Technology/Management, Software Production, Business, Industrial Management or similar, or perhaps you have acquired equivalent skills elsewhere, e.g. software development, design, data science or leading agile development work.
We expect you to understand the software world and what it takes to build digital services for demanding clients. Experience in leading projects / digital product development is important either as a project lead / scrum master or as a product owner.
Fluent German skills are nice to have in this role but not a must. You are an excellent communicator and foresee upcoming challenges way before.
