Many of our clients are undergoing major strategic changes, e.g. establishing new business models or reviewing the resilience of their business or transforming to become truly customer-oriented. They also need to take steps in their digitalization journey to enable move to cloud, use innovations such as AI, be sustainable and compliant with the future we are already in. Our role is to guide the client to execute their strategic choices into action. This often involves assessing value of different options, establishing new operating models, recommending how to proceed with new technology or how to re-design a supply chain or an organization to fit the new needs.
Our Technology Transformation team supports our clients to accelerate their digital transformation agendas and adapt to a new and agile reality. We offer a wide range of advisory services, covering all topics in our clients’ executive agendas and providing expertise across all industries.
We have seen an increasing demand for ERP transformation solutions lately and is therefore initiating a substantial investment focused on expanding our capabilities within ERP transformation services.
Your role
As a Management Consultant within ERP transformation experience you are a true business integrator, supporting our clients throughout all parts of their ERP transformation journey. You navigate in both the business and technical field and drive engagement projects.
You manage engagements across different ERP-technology platforms, such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics or other.
You are a team player with good collaboration skills and share our view that our common drive, different perspectives and diversity are things that create the best solutions for our clients.

Skills & Requirements
We look for you who:
- likely have 3-10+ years of work experience from ERP implementations,
- have experience as a Project Manager or Stream lead, preferably within ERP projects,
- have understanding about ERP business processes, perhaps collaboration with finance tech teams,
- want a customer facing role,
- are fluent in English, with Swedish as a very strong qualification,
- Live in Sweden and/or have a valid Swedish work permit.
