Currently we have an opportunity for a dynamic and passionate Talent Officer to join our awesome HR team, someone who thrives on connecting people with opportunities and driving talent development.
As the Talent Officer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization by attracting top talent and nurturing their growth. Your role will be central to building a high-performing workforce that aligns with our company’s vision and values.

Your key responsibilities will be (but are not limited to) :

  • You will lead and develop the recruitment process to attract, identify and select the right candidates, from application to onboarding
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines
  • Your day-to-day communication and feedback with your key stakeholders (candidates, hiring managers, agencies, etc) ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Coordinate our onboarding journey to welcome new hires and accelerate their integration into our company culture, values, and processes. Ensure each new team member has a clear training plan in place from day one.
  • You will assist in identifying, designing, implementing and managing training programs to raise the standards in close collaboration with our HRBP’s
  • Your keen eye on new trends and data-driven insights will help us to improve and optimize our TA and L&D strategies

Skills & Requirements

Who are you ?

**We are looking for a proactive team player with a positive attitude and passion for helping others to grow and succeed**

  • You probably have a Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • You have a proven track record in recruitment with good knowledge of recruitment and HR tools and experienced in leveraging social media and digital platforms for recruitment needs
  • You are used to using data and insights to drive talent acquisition and development strategies
  • Your communication skills enable you to connect, influence and build relationships throughout the entire company
  • You have excellent language skills in Dutch and you are proficient in French and English
