The team Rate Loading & Channels Support primarily works with our booking- and distribution platform as well as our Consortia & Corporate RFP-process. We are responsible for system configuration and quality assurance of rates, agreements, images and hotel information in internal and external booking channels.
Your duties in our team means that you support the entire process related to the following areas:
- Configuration, loading and trouble shooting of rooms, rates, images and hotel information in all parts of our booking - and distribution platform.
- RFP handling in multiple RFP-systems
- Handling of our best rate guarantee
- Support to travel agencies, booking channels, hotels and various departments within Scandic
We are currently 16 colleagues in our our team, and to secure delivery of our daily tasks as well as a number of large projects during the winter, we are now looking for extra resources.

Kvalifikationer
Experiences you bring and share with us
- You are an energetic and sympathetic person with good prioritization skills that enjoys working in a team
- You like working in system-oriented environments, are used to dealing with stressful situations and have a sense of detail.
- You are thorough, structured and good at working towards set goals.
- You have good system experience and are able to handle many different systems.
- Experience from Opera or other hospitality systems is a merit.
- Education or experience from the travel/hospitality industry is meritorious.
- You are proficient in English and know one of the Scandinavian languages.
Information about the position
We are looking for extra resources, preferably with availability to start as soon as possible. The extent of the position can be discussed, please indicate in your application how much you will be able to work. Initially we need resources until end of January, with a possibility of potentially extending the contract. You´ll be working in our group support office at Norrtull in Stockholm. Once you are self going, there is a possibility to work one or two days a week remotely.
