In Sweden we are on a growth journey with a client portfolio which includes leaders in several different industries, including both national and multinational companies. Together with SAP, we collaborate on delivering major IT & business transformations for our clients in collaboration with CXO-level.
Many of our clients are undergoing major strategic changes, e.g. establishing new business models or reviewing the resilience of their business or transforming to become truly customer-oriented. They also need to take steps in their digitalization journey to enable move to cloud, use innovations such as AI, be sustainable and compliant with the future we are already in. Our role is to guide the client to execute their strategic choices into action. This often involves assessing value of different options, establishing new operating models, recommending how to proceed with new technology or how to re-design a supply chain or an organization to fit the new needs.

We are working with both top- and bottom-line improvements for our clients, with support of a broad range of domestic and international experts and frameworks – as well as the capability to be innovative.
As a SAP Finance Management Consultant in our team you will work in large programs all the way from pre study to implementation. You will advice the client and project team in SAP Finance related topics to ensure the clients get the maximum value from their SAP investment and support them on the road towards a modern Finance organization (based on Future of Finance), ensure the project team and client understands and get the benefits out of innovations in relations to SAP Finance, bridge the gap between Business and technology in our large SAP programs and ensure the program delivers high quality deliverables and advice connected to SAP Finance.

Skills & Requirements
We are looking for high performing and professionals who can combine classical management consulting with modern applications and technology. We believe you have some experience from SAP and are well aligned with the future of SAP. This includes transformations towards SAP S/4HANA, the cloud shift through private edition (RISE) and public edition (GROW) as well as innovations available by SAP.
- You may have experience from SAP Finance S/4HANA implementations,
- You may have experience from and interested in working with the largest Swedish global companies,
- You have understanding for the connection between the business value and accurate implementation and improvements in the SAP Finance area.
- You can understand and translate client’s needs into effective solutions.
- You are curious personality and have the ability to stay up to date with the latest and greatest within the SAP Finance area,
- You are collaborative personality and strive in seeing team members to succeed and develop our SAP practice,
- You have a relevant academic background (e.g., business and/or engineering)
- You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
