A bit about the role:
As Electrical Engineer onboard your responsibilities front of house are for the onboard technology supporting guests, crew, and the shipboard administration with all IT/OT related tasks. A major part of the daily operation is to support the Expedition Team with AV and media solutions. Back of house responsibilities are to assist and support the R&M for technical, machinery and bridge equipment.
The ETO/E reports to the Chief Electrician and is the extended arm of the landside IT/OT department which includes finding solution through problem solving and special project support.
You will be responsible for always ensuring that the activities are carried out in an efficient, safe and secure manner making sure that the work is completed to a high standard and the guest experience is not impacted.
You will act as a role model, be a leader for the future, an inclusive team player who is able to coach and support your team.
