About the role:
As one of our Lead Developers for the Integration team, you will establish and uphold coding- and integration standards to ensure good integration patterns throughout the IT-landscape. Your main responsibility will be designing technical solutions that align with business requirements, utilizing our integration platform powered by Azure Integration Services. You'll offer strategic recommendations to enhance system functionality, ensuring effective, stable, and secure integrations. Collaborating closely with Developers, Tech Leads, Architects, and business stakeholders, you'll promote best practices and standards across integrations. Taking a hands-on approach, you'll mentor and guide the development team, fostering a supportive environment but also have the opportunity to develop solutions yourself.
This role reports to our Tech Lead for Integration and API.

Skills & Requirements
Who are you?
- Extensive experience working with system integration and specifically Azure Integration Services.
- Solid background in Agile development methodologies.
- Commitment to lead and coach a team operationally, with a willingness to develop team skills and promote a collaborative work environment.
- A university degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
