We are now looking to strengthen our Talent Acquisition Team with an experienced and skilled TA Partner, to join us on this journey. You will be a part of the Schibsted Media TA Team and together we will drive and operate the TA agenda to identify, attract and recruit talent needed to succeed in a dynamic media landscape.

The Role
We are looking for an experienced TA Partner with experience in the full recruitment cycle to join our team. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and stakeholders across our business units and brands to source, attract and secure top talent. This position offers the opportunity to work in an exciting environment where your contributions will directly impact Schibsted Media’s success in delivering cutting-edge digital solutions and high-quality journalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles but with focus on tech roles, including software developers, data engineers, and product managers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide expert advice on hiring strategies.
  • Source active and passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
  • Conduct screening interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience, from first contact to onboarding.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment processes and tools.
  • Contribute to Schibsted Media’s employer branding by promoting the company’s values.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in full cycle recruitment (in-house or agency) with a focus on hiring for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, and digital product teams.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • A passion for providing a great candidate experience, ensuring clarity, transparency, and engagement throughout the process.
  • Knowledge of trends in the tech industry and a genuine interest in digital transformation.

The position is temporary (minimum 12 months) as the current TA partner is on parental leave, but there will potentially be opportunities for further engagement in Schibsted Media.
