Epassi are continuing our growth journey and are looking for a Talent Acquistion Partner to be based in either Bremen or Hamburg, Germany

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Bremen or Hamburg, Germany. This is a permanent, full-time position.

In this role, you will identify, attract, and hire top talent, primarily within our Commercial teams, but also supporting recruitment across our entire group, which spans multiple countries and functions. You will be part of our global People & Culture team, made up of around 20 professionals across seven countries.
Altogether, we are almost 600 Epassians, and we're growing rapidly!

You will play a crucial role in building our teams by driving talent acquisition efforts, sourcing candidates, and facilitating the hiring process in cooperation with line managers and other People & Culture colleagues. As we continue to grow, this role offers potential for taking on even greater responsibilities in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on recruitment, including developing and executing recruitment strategies. Recruitments will be located in Germany and across Europe. They will include a diverse set of positions across all functions and levels.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, networking, and more
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Participate in projects that enhance our employer brand
  • Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
  • Participate in projects that enhance our employer brand
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to continuously improve the recruitment process


You will be a great fit if you have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally in an international, growth organization
  • Commercial recruitment experience
  • Experience using data to track pipeline efficiency and KPIs, and applying this to improve workflow
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and software
  • Ability to adapt to changing hiring needs and priorities
  • Skill in identifying passive candidates through innovative sourcing methods
  • Experience in developing an employer brand
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with regular on-site days at our office
  • A vision for excellence and the ability to build and develop processes as needed
