Your Role as a Cloud Infrastructure Architect
As part of our Architecture Chapter within IT Development, you will play a key role in driving and realizing the bank’s technical vision. You thrive on change and see opportunities where others see challenges. You will work closely with our development teams and fellow architects to design innovative, scalable, and sustainable solutions.

Who are you?
We are seeking a Solution Architect with several years of experience or a senior developer ready for the next step. You have deep technical expertise and can translate it into practical solutions. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both development teams and stakeholders is essential

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in designing and implementing cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
• Strong background in DevOps and automated deployment processes.
• Hands-on knowledge and experience with:
  • Serverless frameworks
  • AWS components (API Gateway, Elastic Container Registry, S3, etc.)
  • Network security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, NACL, Security Groups)
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Java development
  • DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
  • Clustering, load balancing, disaster recovery planning
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
  • AWS Kubernetes clusters

Your responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other architects to identify technical enablers for banking solutions.
• Create and implement architecture design solutions.
• Ensure new initiatives align with Ikano’s enterprise architecture and overall guidelines.
• Review and approve key design documents and code.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and conduct architecture reviews.
• Continuously improve code, design, and documentation within your area.
• Manage risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Your profile:

• Several years of experience in architectural design and implementation.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• A team player who shares Ikano’s values.
