As our Tech Lead for MarTech, you will play a key role in enhancing our CRM systems and Loyalty program. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement, improve loyalty initiatives and enhance guest satisfaction. Your primary mission will be to lead and mentor team members, manage technical platforms and ensure efficient resource allocation and prioritization. You will collaborate across our Customer Journey tech department and work closely with business stakeholders optimize customer segmentation, personalized communications and loyalty campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to influence the technical landscape and drive business development in a dynamic work environment.
