As our Tech Lead, you will play a key role in enhancing our CRM systems and Loyalty program. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer engagement, improve loyalty initiatives and enhance guest satisfaction. Your primary mission will be to lead and mentor team members, manage technical platforms and ensure efficient resource allocation and prioritization. You will collaborate across our Customer Journey tech department and work closely with business stakeholders optimize customer segmentation, personalized communications and loyalty campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to influence the technical landscape and drive business development in a dynamic work environment.

Main Activities:

  • Develop and manage all platforms related to CRM, Loyalty and Marketing communication to ensure a stable and efficient solution
  • Establish and oversee and efficient organization structure to manage these platforms effectively
  • Lead and mentor team members, promoting collaboration and engagement
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to define requirements
  • Ensure data accuracy, system performance and compliance with privacy regulations
  • Facilitate data accessibility across platforms and ensure continuous management of customer data
  • Provide architectural and design directions related to CRM, Loyalty and Marketing technologies

Skills & Requirements

Who are you?

  • Strong background in MarTech, including e-mail and performance marketing communication
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Previous experience leading a team
  • Strong technical capabilities and strategic thinking
  • Experience working with continuous delivery methodologies
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders
  • Strong process and data competence with an understanding of business value
  • Experience in retail and/or hospitality is considered advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English
