A bit about the role:
We are seeking a Linux and Windows server specialist for our ITOT operations team who will be located in our Prague office. You will be responsible for server administration and systems integration.
You will be administering, maintaining and optimizing our operational ITOT infrastructure, developing solutions and implementing new technologies.
You will become a member of a team in a fast moving environment. Multitasking and project orientated working is essential. You need to work both independent and in a team where pro-active communication is expected.
You should be very service orientated and focused on customer satisfaction. Our international organization communicates in English, so fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
Skills & Requirements
The core responsibilities include and require a minimum of five years solid experience in industrial IT on:
- Linux server (Ubuntu, Suse) – in-depth knowledge
- Ansible or similar automation tool
- VMware ESXi and VCSA administration and virtualization in general
- Windows Server – in-depth knowledge
- Active Directory and Azure administration
- Database administration (MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle DB)
- Batch scripting, shell scripting, bash scripting, PowerShell
- Veeam Data Platform Foundation
- Virtual PBX, VoIP communication, SIP based services
- Dell storage arrays, Dell server solutions, Synology
- Professional Documentation
Beneficial Education and Experience :
- IT security
- Devops methodologies
- Bachelor or masters degree in computer engineering or similar area
