We are looking for a result-oriented profile to join our fully integrated in-house marketing team in an international, high paced, and innovative environment in our Stockholm office.

In this role you will be a part of SEM team and be responsible for reaching our sales targets across all our international markets. If you are up for a challenge in scaling SEM globally in an e-commerce future unicorn, this role may be for you.

You will report to the Head of Performance and be involved in setting goals, budgets and KPI’s for all markets and track performance accordingly. This role requires you to have experience in Search Engine *Marketing*, strong analytical and data driven approach.

Key responsibilities

  • Identifying revenue growth opportunities in SEM
  • Transforming marketing strategy into actionable tactical plan and acting upon it
  • Act as the campaigns gatekeeper, ensuring all SEM campaigns work undertaken is driving towards overall business goal
  • Overlook media budget allocation in SEM to reach business KPIs
  • Working closely with the content and loyalty team to develop engaging PPC copies, creatives for listings and optimising ROI
  • Establishing most effective landing pages for PPC ads to keyword level together with the CRO manager
  • Responsible for managing PPC campaigns via a third party technology provider
  • Accounts optimisation according to strategy and market performance
  • Drive automation in SEM with a focus to efficiency, scale and speed
  • Monitor SEM performance and perform competitor analysis
  • Monitor and analyse SEM online behaviour and conversion funnel to finetune optimisation management
  • Keep pace with SEM industry trends and developments

Skills & Requirements

Skills & Requirements, we think you might have the following background/profile:

Working Experience

  • 1 Years+ Minimum experience in Paid Search Role ideally in e-commerce
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Sharp Strategic & Analytical Skills to be implemented to improve market performances
  • Strong account service and business development skills
  • Experience in GA segmentation and reporting
  • Experience with 3rd party bid management tools is a plus
  • Experience working with performance metrics and KPI’s
  • Advanced Excel skills, familiar with pivot tables, Strong analytical mindset and attention to details

Education & specific skills

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, another language is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or similar

Personal characteristics

  • Enthusiastic, dynamic individual with a high level of interest for the search industry
  • A self-starter; able to work independently with minimal direction
  • You are fast processing, reliable, structured and highly motivated
  • Excellent analytical skills: Ability to develop recommendation based on fact-based conclusions, supported by necessary and powerful facts
  • Experience in handling product feeds is a big plus
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-moving environment
  • Capable to prioritize workloads and managing a broad range of areas
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to think creatively
  • Initiate new strategies and develop new opportunities for local markets
  • A proven track record of managing and developing accounts, including the ability to effectively manage time and resources to meet project deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and relationship-building ability
  • A commitment to achieving excellent, measurable results with attention to detail
  • Drive and enthusiasm to develop within the existing marketing team
  • Ability to work independently and taking initiative on projects
