What You’ll Be Doing

In this hands-on, operational role, you'll help grow the brand’s presence, primarily focusing on their biggest title. You won’t be directly creating content, but you will be responsible for making sure it’s planned, scheduled, and delivered by the creative team. Your day-to-day will involve working closely with the creatives and the Social Media Director to ensure the smooth execution of high-quality, playful content that truly connects with kids and parents alike. You’ll keep your finger on the pulse of social media trends, making sure the brand stays fresh and fun!

  • Content Planning & Scheduling: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm fun, playful ideas and ensure they’re executed on time across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay on top of the latest trends, especially on TikTok, and make sure the content created by the team aligns with what’s relevant and exciting for the audience.
  • Community Engagement: Help foster a safe and joyful space for kids and parents, ensuring every post sparks fun and engagement.
  • Team Collaboration: You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to support game launches, promotions, and events.
  • Track & Report: Monitor performance, gather insights, and adjust strategies to ensure content is effective and engaging. You'll use analytics to report on what’s working and recommend improvements. 

Who You Are

This is an intermediate-level position, perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their social media career. You’re proactive, organized, and ready to dive into a fast-paced role. You’re great at juggling multiple tasks, and you have a passion for ensuring content gets delivered on time.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

  • Experience: Approximately 4-6 years of managing social media for a fun, engaging brand, particularly in the entertainment or children's gaming sectors.
  • Social Media Mastery: You know your way around TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and all the other big platforms.
  • Focused on Execution: While you won’t create the content, you’ll make sure it’s aligned with brand strategy and executed efficiently.
  • Analytical: You’re comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite to measure performance and make improvements.
  • Organized & Collaborative: You’ve got excellent multitasking skills, and you’re a team player, ready to collaborate with creatives, marketers, and customer support to make things happen.
  • Kid-Safe Savvy: Familiarity with COPPA guidelines and keeping the online community safe for kids is a huge plus!

The nitty gritty details

This is a 12-month contract starting asap. It´s a full time position with a hybrid work setup requiring 3 days a week in the Stockholm studio, starting ASAP.
