Senior Data Analyst

A bit about the role:
A data analyst bridges data and business domains into generating value-added insights to help HX make better decisions. This is done by building and maintaining value-added reporting and other data assets using stage-of-the-art BI tools and best practice data visualization methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data assets across business units at HX
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at HX to understand business processes and value drivers, capturing requirements for data modelling.
  • Identify and refine reporting and analytical requirements.
  • Administer the Power BI ecosystem, designing, implementing, and maintaining a scalable architecture, while defining and following development best practices.
  • Implement and ensure efficient data governance processes that maintain data integrity and security, as well as effective work methodologies within the BI developer community.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of self-service BI, enabling end users to perform agile and autonomous reporting.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to less experienced team members, fostering their growth and empowering them to deliver high-quality BI solutions.

Skills & Requirements

About you:

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or relevant experience​)
  • Speak and write English fluently
  • Strong knowledge in Power BI
