Role? Account Manager joining Recommerce and Advertising sales team focusing on Tori Kaupat to develop B2B clients in the circular and sustainable economy all over Finland and help those clients make Tori one of their sales channels!

Location? We work in a hybrid way so you can be based anywhere in Uusimaa! Our office is located just a few steps away from the Helsinki railway station. During the onboarding, we aim to meet often at the office to build up the team spirit - and Tuesday is our favourite day there thanks to our afternoon buns tradition!

Skills & Requirements

WHO ARE YOU? 

  • You’ve already gathered some experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital sales.
  • Experience in actively handling new customer sales over the phone and modern sales channels in high-activity environments.
  • You’re motivated, eager to achieve targets, and constantly seeking ways to improve the company's and our clients' outcomes.
  • You’re ready and excited to grow, always looking for opportunities to learn from challenges and new experiences.
  • You’re an efficient communicator with the ability to adapt to various audiences. Development-oriented, self-reflective, and focused on growth in both hard and soft skills. Proactive, resilient, and skilled at identifying opportunities and supporting teams in dynamic environments.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English: while the vast majority of your clients are Finnish-speaking, we are an English-speaking company and work culture.
  • As a person, you have a  really active, customer-centric and data-driven mindset, with strong collaborative and community-building skills. A creative and proactive approach to sales, combined with a quality-focused and problem-solving attitude.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Pro-active sales Execution:

    Define and utilize various sales channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to connect with customers. 
  • Data-Driven Sales Management:

    Utilize data-driven insights and digital sales tools to manage customer interactions efficiently, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue. 
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Develop and sustain relationships with existing customers, ensuring they leverage our platform as a primary sales channel. Engage primarily over the telephone, maintaining ongoing interactions with clients. 

    Customer Portfolio Development:

    Allocate daily activities among developing the current customer portfolio, contacting new customers, and reactivating inactive ones.
  • Winback and Targeted Sales Efforts:

    Conduct winback activities to re-engage lapsed customers and implement targeted sales efforts to attract new clients.
     
  • Product Knowledge:

    Gain thorough knowledge of our visibility solutions with the support of content production and advertising professionals within our team. 
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and tech teams locally and collaborate with other Nordic teams to enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction. Develop relationships both locally and with the rest of our Nordic sales teams.

Performance Goals:

  • Classified sales for small and medium customers in all industries in Recommerce.
  • Up selling Advertising (Classified upsell) 

Team and Reporting Structure:

  • This role reports to Henri Härmä, Sales Manager, within the Advertising and Recommerce organisation.
  • You will be part of a dynamic Nordic team, with colleagues based in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.
