The world needs clean batteries and we need a plan for what to do with them end-of-life. We need to recover the materials and use them in new batteries or other products – and not produce waste. Hydrovolt is determined to grow the business into the European market and has a clear ambition to be a leading player in battery recycling.

We are looking for a highly skilled ERP System Engineer with experience in Microsoft Dynamics F&O to join our Technology Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining our ERP system, as well as managing external partners to ensure it meets the evolving needs of our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role which requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

This is an operational position where significant presence at our site in Fredrikstad is expected. Your main office location can be Oslo or Fredrikstad.

Skills & Requirements

As ERP System Engineer, we believe that you have:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Economics og similar. Relevant experience and certification can compensate for lack of formal education.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an ERP Developer, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics (365 F&O).
• Experience from a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Finance & Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Module and Inventory Management.
• Familiarity with security and instance migration best practices.
• You're fluent in Norwegian and English.
