We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Scrum Master to join our team in Banking and Credit Services. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding and coaching our teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your key duties will involve facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams in agile best practices, removing obstacles to progress, and driving continuous improvement.

What does the role look like?

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach and support team members with the objective of achieving team and unit goals.
  • Secure efficient implementation of products and solutions with outstanding quality.
  • Continuously apply agile methodologies and ways of working such as DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery.
  • Ensure coordination and collaboration with other teams, units and business areas in Banqsoft as well as with customers and 3rd parties.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Team Managers and Business Consultants to achieve business goals.

Are we a great match?

To master the role of Scrum Master, we believe that you have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master and a strong understanding of agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • The ability to resolve conflicts and remove blockers.
  • A proactive and pragmatic approach to methods and processes, and can use your judgement to apply models and approaches that best fit within the context.
  • The capability of challenging pre-set standards while collaborating well across Banqsoft’s organization.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong alignment with our Employee DNA.

It’s great if you have (but not a must!):

  • Experience working in tech and software development environments.
  • Experience in the financial industry.
