We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Campaign Manager to join our newly established Campaign Management team at Schibsted Marketplaces. This role is integral to managing Schibsted Marketplaces B2B advertising campaigns in Sweden. As a Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for the full cycle of campaign management, from the initial sales order through to invoicing and end-of-campaign reporting. You will work closely with sales teams to ensure that campaigns are not only aligned with market needs and objectives but also exceed client expectations. Additionally, you will play a key role in leading and optimising Campaign Management operations within the country, setting standards and driving best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management:

    Ensure that campaigns are executed with precision, from setting correct parameters and adhering to service level agreements to delivering the full budget.
  • Optimisation:

    Continuously optimise ongoing campaigns to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Sales Collaboration:

    Work in close partnership with sales teams, advertising product teams, and support functions such as finance, invoicing, and CRM to ensure campaigns meet market needs.
  • Dedicated Sales Support:

    Provide direct support to sales teams, ensuring their needs are met and campaigns are aligned with market objectives.
  • Leadership:

    Lead Campaign Management operations within Sweden, establishing high standards and best practices across the team.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience:

    Minimum of 4 years in ad operations, customer service, sales support, or a similar role, with advanced operations and advertising experience.
  • Client Focus:

    A strong commitment to serving advertising clients efficiently and exceeding expectations in client satisfaction.
  • Leadership:

    Proven leadership skills, with the ability to set standards and drive best practices within a team environment.
  • Communication:

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Performance Goals:

  • Exceed expectations in B2B advertising customer experience.
  • Ensure the timely and high-quality execution of ad operations processes.
  • Provide effective and dedicated support to sales teams, aligning campaigns with market needs and objectives.

Team and Reporting Structure:

  • Reports to the Head of Campaign Management within the Advertising organisation in Marketing & Sales.
  • You will be part of a dynamic Nordic team, with colleagues based in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.

Location and Travel Requirements:

  • The role follows Schibsted’s remote work policies but requires the ability to travel within the respective country approximately two times a year. The position may also involve live meetings with customers, product, and sales teams.
