The role:

Sectra is embarking on a journey to lead PACS replacement projects across Canada. We aim to revolutionize healthcare imaging solutions across regions and provinces, leveraging Sectra's cutting-edge technology and expertise to enhance patient care and streamline medical workflows. As an Applications Specialist your role involves conducting thorough workflow analysis, planning and delivering training sessions, providing on-site support during deployment, and ensuring seamless integration of Sectra's products into customer workflows.

  • Go through hands-on structured training program on applications, solutions and services including PACS for Radiology, Mammography, Cardiology, Digital Pathology, Vendor Neutral Archive, Orthopedic templating, medical imaging AI algorithms and more.
  • Perform PACS workflow analysis to understand each customer’s unique needs and intricacies.
  • Plan and schedule training activities for customers during the deployment project.
  • Provide workflow support to the customer during acceptance testing.
  • Organize and provide appropriate go-live application support on site at customer location.
  • Provide training in one-on-one and classroom settings on site, as well as web-based training.
  • Provide remote support for application in collaboration with our customer support team.
  • Provide positive, professional and cohesive company image when representing Sectra and our products.
  • Ensure Sectra's customers have the required knowledge to efficiently use our products.
  • Handling applications related support tickets.
  • Act as an internal champion for the Sectra application to mentor customers and peers.
  • Travel (25%- 30%).

Le rôle:

Sectra se lance dans un projet visant à mener des projets de remplacement de PACS à travers le Canada. Nous visons à révolutionner les solutions d'imagerie médicale dans les différentes régions et provinces, en exploitant la technologie de pointe et l'expertise de Sectra pour améliorer les soins aux patients et rationaliser les flux de travail médicaux. En tant que spécialiste des applications, votre rôle implique une analyse approfondie des flux de travail, la planification et la réalisation de sessions de formation, la fourniture d'un soutien sur site lors du déploiement, et la garantie d'une intégration transparente des produits de Sectra dans les flux de travail des clients.

  • Suivre un programme de formation pratique structuré sur les applications, solutions et services, y compris les PACS pour la radiologie, la mammographie, la cardiologie, la pathologie numérique, l'archive neutre pour le fournisseur, la modélisation orthopédique, les algorithmes d'intelligence artificielle en imagerie médicale et bien plus encore.
  • Effectuer une analyse des flux de travail PACS pour comprendre les besoins et les subtilités uniques de chaque client.
  • Planifier et programmer les activités de formation pour les clients pendant le projet de déploiement.
  • Fournir un soutien aux flux de travail pour le client pendant les tests d'acceptation.

  • Fournir une formation en face à face et en classe sur site, ainsi qu'une formation en ligne.
  • Fournir un soutien à distance pour les applications en collaboration avec notre équipe de support client.
  • Représenter Sectra et nos produits de manière positive, professionnelle et cohérente.
  • S'assurer que les clients de Sectra disposent des connaissances nécessaires pour utiliser efficacement nos produits.
  • Gérer les tickets de support liés aux applications.
  • Agir en tant que champion interne de l'application Sectra pour encadrer les clients et les collègues.
