The Field Service Executive is responsible for maintaining and growing a network of cooperative drop points within a defined geographical area to maximise the recovery rate and minimise the loss rate by proactively influencing drop points to return assets according to LPR requirements.

Furthermore, the role will include scheduling visits to drop points based on risks, audits, and action plans, regularly visiting assigned drop points to check quantities and adapt collection methods, checking and amending database details as needed, conducting on-site audits, detecting unknown drop points and addressing illegal use in accordance with guidelines, identifying business development opportunities with retailers and reporting them to the Commercial team, as well as reporting any retail-related information that could impact the business to stakeholders.
This role demands great organisational skills and excellent problem solving abilities. So if you have experience in a field service role or in a logistical background and feel your skills would align, we want to hear from you!
Please note: This role will be covering the Scotland region including some far north east of England. The successful candidate will be comfortable travelling across the region and be physically fit and able to conduct on-site audits that sometimes can require large amounts of walking. Some overnight stays will be required due to the region size.
