Role overview:

We are seeking a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for current and potential customers in the Southern Region of Sweden. You will identify and engage new potential customers whilst developing our already existing accounts and ensuring full activation of our platform. You have a strong hunter instinct and understanding of the industry, with a passion for building long lasting and valuable customer relationships. Our mission is to empower all our customers to embark on a digitalization journey that improves both their efficiency and sustainability, transforming the entire industry- one customer at a time!
  

Position location:

Hantverksdata office in Stockholm area & Southern Sweden
 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for Sales in the Southern Region of Sweden 
  • Engage to understand the company sales strategy and financial plans and adapt the work accordingly 
  • Identify and analyze potential customers and build pipeline 
  • Have a good knowledge of system functions on the KlarPris platform, and hold demos accordingly 
  • On site customer visits 
  • Follow up with the customer after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and activation 
  • Anticipate future sales and build pipeline 
  • Actively educate and inform about new features and updates 
  • Gather user requirements from customers to propose and ideate new features together with product development 
  • You will be expected to visit customers and attend Teams meeting frequently 

        Performance indicators: 

        • Deal closed and achieved Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) 

        Requirements: 

        • A commercial or technical degree in at least bachelor's level 
        • Have knowledge about the working process in the installation or construction businesses 
        • At least 5 years sales experience is required, preferably in related sectors 
        • Good understanding in technology, sales and marketing 
        • Working experience with CRM systems and knowledge in sales process 
        • Strong collaborative and teamworking skills 
        • Familiarity with ERP systems and other systems 
        • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce 
        • Have administrative ability 
        • Fluency in Swedish and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills
