We are looking for a iOS Developer to work with us to deliver amazing cyber protection on mobile platforms to millions of users spread across 50+ countries. In our team, you’ll find yourself working on the crown jewel of our product line: F-Secure TOTAL , the best in market protection for you and all your devices. Together with our brilliant team of developers and quality engineers, you will get to contribute to our product strategy and its success - making us the #1 security partner for everyone, delivering simple, seamless security experiences for everyone. You’ll work as part of our international team of talented engineers, contributing to your team’s success by possessing not only quality code writing and problem-solving skills, but also by collaborating in improving ways of working and how we make our software.
Our core team is located in Oulu, but you can choose whether you work at our Helsinki or Oulu office or in a hybrid mode from your home office in Finland.
Key responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of our existing features and together with the team, drive the continuous improvement.
- Striving for innovation. We help you dive deep into our core technologies to have an end to end understanding how we protect consumers. You bring in your experience with iOS APIs and Apple App Store policies. Together, with the team, we innovate better solutions to protect the consumer.
- Participating in mobile/iOS app and SDK development as a code contributor and reviewer
- Staying on top with iOS platform development trends and Apple policies.
What are we looking for?
- Work experience in native development with Swift and Objective-C in the iOS ecosystem.
- Experience in using good design patterns and architecture.
- Hands-on experience with unit testing.
- You have a natural tendency to mentor and lead people to achieve common goals together and you get a kick our of seeing people around you grow and develop.
- Curiosity to learn and share your learnings with other developers.
- We're looking for individuals who have a curiosity towards becoming "full stack" and openness to take over and develop their skills also in Android native development.
- You are comfortable with working in English as our organisation language is English.
