Stock Controller

This is an exciting newly created role in our customer supply chain team you will be responsible for ensuring that stock is managed, rotated, and reconciled in a timely manner in our ERP system.
You will be great at:
- ERP system is advantageous e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel (VLOOKUP & pivot tables) and Power Point
- Sound communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of import/export procedures (desirable)
You'll be responsible for:
- Process and resolution of any Inventory errors
- Investigating any stock discrepancies
- Processing Customer returns
- Weekly stock graphs & reporting
- Investigation and reporting of stock reconciliation
You'll know:

ERP Knowledge – AX Microsoft Dynamics, BI

Strong understanding of physical transactions in EDI, ERP system and P&L postings

Understanding of Warehouses and Logistics processes
You'll be:
- Team player willing to assist colleagues.
- Self-starter with effective task management skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
- A valid driving license holder
