Job Description
As a part-time (20% position) Member Concierge, you will be the face of The Conduit Oslo, hosting and welcoming our members and ensuring their experience is seamless and rewarding. You will be responsible for managing daily member interactions, addressing inquiries, and supporting events and activities. This role requires a proactive, friendly, and resourceful individual who can anticipate member needs and foster a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Member Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for members, providing personalized assistance and information about club services, events, and activities.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the reception area, greet members and guests, handle check-ins, and maintain a tidy, organized front desk and surroundings.
  • Event Support: Assist coordination, and execution of member events, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication between members and different departments within The Conduit, ensuring member needs are met promptly.
  • Feedback Management: Collect and relay member feedback to the management team to continuously improve the member experience.
Skills & Requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality role is highly preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinker who can handle member concerns and unexpected situations calmly and effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and flexible, willing to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Cultural Awareness: Understanding and appreciation of diverse backgrounds and perspectives, aligning with The Conduit’s inclusive values.
