Job Description

SF Anytime, part of SF Studios, is the leading video on demand service in the Nordic and Baltics and offers a variety of films, ranging from the latest Hollywood blockbusters to independent movies and local Nordic favorites. With a 20-year history, we work with both transactional VOD and EST directly to consumers as well as through operators. We currently offer over 14.000 films and 4.000 series episodes. SF Anytime also acquired the leading Danish streaming service Blockbuster in 2023, and has now integrated the business into SF Anytime.  

As our new Growth Marketing Lead, you will play a central role in driving the combined SF Anytime and Blockbuster business forward and be a team member in the SF Anytime & Blockbuster Sales team. 

Responsibilities 

As our new Growth Marketing Lead (GML), you’ll work with improving the customer journey to enhance sales. You will work closely with our GA4 data and other tools to analyse SF Anytime’s user behaviours. You will collaborate with many different internal stakeholders and report insights to the whole SF Anytime organization. 

As GML at SF Anytime, you will: 

  • Drive multiple growth initiatives in order to create value for SF Anytime and Blockbuster. 
  • Support the organisation by providing actionable insights and answer data driven questions.
  • Take ownership of our GA4 metrics setup, ensuring accurate tracking on all platforms (web,apps and SmartTV).
  • Analyse web analytics, behaviours, and digital marketing data to discover trends and insights.
  • Develop and maintain GA4 dashboards and reports. Providing regular updates on key performance metrics along the customer journey and sales, identifying areas of improvement.
  • Continuously evaluate both the B2B (operators) and B2C business areas.
  • Support and analyze different sales initiatives. 

The role is based in our office in Stockholm and reports to the Head of Sales, Marcus Hultin. 

Skills & Requirements 

To be successful in this role, we think you have/are: 

  • 3+ years of experience in digital analytics. 
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics 4
  • Excel and PowerPoint savvy
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager.
  • Great knowledge about Google Ads and Google Search Console
  • Proven track record in driving growth within B2C segment
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken.
  • Experience creating own queries in BI-tools, such as Splunk is a plus.
