As the Lead Producer, you’ll be the linchpin that brings creativity and strategy together, guiding a passionate team through the complexities of game development and live operations. Reporting directly to the Production Director, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams across the studio, ensuring that every aspect of production is on track, on time, and on budget. Your leadership will be crucial in transforming a bold vision into a thrilling reality, crafting a AAA game that’s as enjoyable to create as it will be to play.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the Charge: Take ownership of key aspects of the project, ensuring your teams are empowered to meet their goals. You’ll solve problems, provide motivation, and offer support every step of the way.
• Collaborate Across the Board: Facilitate teamwork across the project, aligning with key stakeholders to set and achieve strategic goals.
• Inspire and Align: Keep the team inspired and informed about the strategic vision, ensuring everyone is working towards common objectives.
• Turn Vision into Action: As part of Production Leadership, work closely with the team to turn creative ideas into actionable plans, aligning project priorities with overall goals.
• Strategic and Operational Leadership: Be ready to roll up your sleeves, driving processes and managing day-to-day operations. Your role is not just about setting strategy but also about ensuring it’s executed effectively, especially as the team transitions to more cross-functional and agile ways of working.
• Monitor Progress: Track and report on team progress, morale, and potential risks, ensuring any issues are addressed promptly.
• Mentor and Lead: Guide and mentor a team of Producers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence.
• Champion Team Culture: Actively build a positive team culture, boosting morale and promoting a collaborative work environment.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with industry trends and best practices in game development, applying new insights to continuously improve the game.

What You’ll Bring:

• Extensive Experience: 10+ years in game production, particularly on AA/AAA titles, with a track record of managing large, complex teams of 100+ developers.
• Full-Cycle Expertise: Proven experience leading projects from concept to release, especially in AAA or AA games.
• Live Service Know-How: Post-launch experience with live service games is a significant advantage.
• Project Management Mastery: Deep understanding of modern project management methodologies, with experience in coaching and implementing agile/lean practices.
• Stakeholder Savvy: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring alignment across all levels.
• Team Culture Advocate: A passion for building positive team dynamics and improving development efficiency.
