We want to join forces with a new colleague that will help our customers with support in Finnish, Swedish and English. You will also have the responsibility of supporting our Customer Success Team internally with administrative work.

What you’ll be doing
As a Customer Support Agent, you will be part of Jobylon's Customer Support team where everyone is passionate about giving our customers the help they need to get the most out of the tool. In a simple and efficient way, your goal is to provide top notch customer service via our chat and sometimes telephone. Regardless of how you communicate with customers, it takes place it takes place with a high sense of service and a drive to solve the customer's needs. As a Customer Support Agent, it is your job to ensure that our customers receive the help they need in a simple and smooth way.
You will also act as internal support helping the Customer Success Team with administrative task for our customers.
