An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Export Customer Service Specialist  to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office in Budapest.

In this role, you will contribute to the development of our export business in Croatia/Serbia/Slovenia/BiH by strongly supporting the sales team in the fulfilment of their duties.

This is what you will do

  • Assist the export sales team with Customer inquiries;
  • Processing Customer orders and sample requests from order to delivery, focusing on export deliveries;
  • Maintain a high level of Customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner;
  • Follow up and secure the inventory accuracy;
  • Collaborate with Customers and Suppliers such as forwarders;
  • Collaborate with sales team to get high level of forecast accuracy;
  • Prepare documentation for Customer listings;
  • Participate in reporting;
  • Support the company’s Sustainability journey through various activities.

Skills & Requirements

This is what you need to succeed:

  • Fluency in Croatian, Hungarian and English language
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management or sales support
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus
  • Understanding the S&OP cycle and be aware of demand planning is an advantage
  • Driving license is a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
