We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a System Consultant to join and strengthen the Credit Processing team in our Oslo Office.
As a System Consultant, you will play a crucial role in deliveries within credit processes and customer onboarding (Credit Scoring, AML, KYC, etc.) for both new and existing Banqsoft clients. As a System Consultant you will be working with our clients across multiple different business areas, digital banking, leasing and asset financing. Your work will directly influence the way our clients onboard customers and manage credit processes.

What does the role look like?
- Lead dialogues with clients to secure cutting-edge technology solutions.
- Collaborate on projects that cover client deliveries, product development, test processes, analysis, specifications and development of credit scoring and onboarding processes.
- Contribute to business development by identifying client needs, preparing and selling solutions and contribute to these being developed and delivered as agreed.

Are we a great match?
What you’ll bring to the table:
- A solid understanding of financial credit products and processes
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- A few years of experience in areas like consulting, banking, asset financing, or systems development
- Proficiency in both English and Norwegian
- A sharp analytical mind and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A collaborative spirit with strong client relationship skills
- Curiosity that drives innovation and creative problem-solving
- A natural alignment with our Employee DNA
It’s great if you have (but not a must!):
- Experience from the financial industry and knowledge of concepts such as scorecards, Credit Scoring, Policy Rules, AML processing and KYC is a huge plus
- Having worked with data and database schemas, SQL in general or APIs (XML/JSON formats)
