AlexisHR, a leading HR platform founded in Sweden, is transforming how small and medium enterprises manage their people processes and administration. Recently acquired by Simployer, a profitable company with over 300 employees and extensive experience in the HR segment, we now have unlimited resources and a unique opportunity to merge our product with other exceptional offerings within the Simployer Group, such as &frankly and Simployer Expert Help. This strategic combination enhances our capabilities, allowing us to offer a modern AI-empowered HR system backed by a robust and experienced team, aiming to create a unicorn in the HR tech space.

Role Overview

As an Account Executive at Simployer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales efforts in Sweden. You will partner closely with your team to focus on outbound prospecting and generate new business opportunities. This role demands resilience, initiative, curiosity, relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out end-to-end sales cycle activities: Independently carry out sales cycles, demo solution to prospects and customer’s and drive discussions to contract signature
  • Increase sales pipeline: Proactively generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline by new outreach to potential clients through various channels like cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement.
  • Lead qualification: Qualify leads to identify sales opportunities.
  • Product knowledge: Develop a profound understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for the Swedish market.
  • CRM management: Regularly update customer relationship management systems with detailed notes and follow-up actions.
  • Feedback and Reporting: Provide insights and feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on interactions with prospects and market trends.
  • Training and Development: Continuously seek personal and professional development opportunities to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales.

      Location

      Stockholm, Sweden. This is a hybrid remote role with 3 days/week at the office.

      Skills & Requirements

      Required Skills and Qualifications

      • Work experience: Minimum 3 years of B2B SaaS experience, ideally in small and medium size businesses, either in sales or talent acquisition capacity.
      • Communication & engagement Skills: Ability to clearly articulate the value proposition and engage potential clients via multiple channels.
      • Multichannel proficiency: Adept at using phone, emails, and social media when communicating with potential customers.
      • Persistence & resilience: Determination to pursue leads and overcome rejections while maintaining a positive attitude.
      • Team collaboration: Ability to work effectively with team members across different departments.
      • Results-driven: Focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
      • Language proficiency: Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
      • Industry experience: Experience working in the HR Tech or SaaS industry is a plus.
