Sogeti is looking for a Business Process Analyst at one of the European institutions. Are you the match we are looking for?
Your Role:
You collaborate with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyze current business processes and workflows. You will facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder engagement and support the development and implementation of digital transformation initiatives and operational improvements. You will also monitor and evaluate process performance, providing actionable insights and regular reporting.
Your profile:
- Fluent in English, French is a nice to have (same for Dutch)
- Master degree (or Bachelor)
- Business Analysis/Process: BPM & BPMN, AS-IS/To-Be Modelling & Process Mapping
- You are a very communicative, down to earth person and you like working inside of a diverse team
- You are a European citizen, willing to go to the Brussel office at least 2 days a week
- Total experience in IT and Business Analysis of ca. 12 years minimum
