Are you a visionary and collaborative leader with strong tech experience and a passion for fostering business growth? Tele2 is now looking for a dedicated and cooperative Marketing Manager for our B2B Division. In this key role, you will lead and develop our marketing and digital strategies to maximize our presence and success in the enterprise market.

About the role

Leadership and strategy:
You are responsible for designing and implementing marketing strategies that position Tele2 B2B as the preferred partner for companies across all segments in a digital era.

Brand development:
Work closely with the brand specialists in the B2C market team and collaborate to develop our brand within the Telco market, ensuring that we strengthen it in all areas.

Digital transformation: With your collaborative way of working and background in tech, you will guide the digital initiatives that improve the customer experience, optimize our digital presence and create competitive advantages in the market.

Business Development:
You will work cross functional and closely with the sales team to identify and exploit new business opportunities, as well as develop strategic and reliable partnerships that strengthen our corporate business.

Analytics and Optimization:
Using data and analytics tools, you will monitor and optimize our marketing and digital campaigns to ensure we deliver maximum return on investment while ensuring they align with our values and deliver meaningful outcomes.

Team leadership:
You will lead a dynamic team of 9 driven marketing professionals, guiding them toward new successes for the organization. You will be proactive in helping your team to reach their full potential to achieve outstanding results and fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.

Who are you?
To thrive and succeed in this role, we believe that:

  • You have several years of experience in a large company in a similar role, with significant expertise in marketing and digital transformation, and preferably a solid background in the tech industry and B2B.
  • You have a proven track record of leading marketing & brand initiatives that have encouraged significant business growth.
  • You are a strategic and creative thinker with the ability to combine business understanding with technical insight.
  • You are a collaborative and empathetic leader who motivates your team through trust, cooperation, and a shared vision to achieve exceptional results.
  • You are fluent in both Swedish and English, and able to communicate effectively at a professional level in both languages.
