About the role

Our IT Service Delivery Finance Team located in Kungsholmen, Stockholm is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented System Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and support of our financial systems, ensuring that users can operate these systems efficiently and effectively. You will play a vital role in resolving technical issues, providing user support and contributing to the continuous improvement of our financial system processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Log, manage and resolve service requests, incidents, and problems related to our financial systems.
  • Provide expert advice and support to users on the efficient, secure, and effective use of financial systems.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions and learning events for users.
  • Contribute to the improvement of financial system processes and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with users to ensure high levels of satisfaction and system engagement.
  • Maintain documentation of system administration processes, FAQs, and lessons learned.
  • Ensure that users have the correct system access and receive timely support.
  • Regular testing of our applications.

Skills & Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in administering and supporting financial, or similar, enterprise systems. Experience with Unit4 ERP and Unit4 FPM is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience in user training and support.
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools is highly desirable.
  • A proactive and service-oriented approach to user support.
  • Strong documentation skills and attention to details.
