TEAM DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS POSITION:

As a Senior Solution Specialist, you will support Basware employees globally and manage the operational tasks related to Business and Enterprise Solutions, both individually and as part of a team. You will take ownership of your assigned responsibilities, ensuring the seamless operation of digital support and services.

Additionally, you will collaborate with Solution Managers within the Enterprise Solutions team as part of virtual teams

Skills & Requirements

Looking for candidates with:

  • Hands-on experience in Active Directory Domain and related services and proficiency in managing Windows operating systems and client management.
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 (M365) services, PowerShell scripting, and server administration, along with providing hardware and software support.
  • Managing access rights (such as configuring access cards and setting file/printer permissions) and IAM - Identity & Access Management of Digital Solutions
  • Collaborating with vendors on incident management, escalations, and change requests.
  • Overseeing corporate network operations (including network components and services, routing, DNS/DHCP, firewalls, LAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, and VPN) while coordinating network-related changes with vendors and businesses.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing services such as Azure and AWS is a plus, as is knowledge of Linux and MacBook systems.

You should be able to maintain best practices for system and service management across various environments. Experience working in shifts and within multinational companies is essential.
