We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team in Amsterdam. As a Product Designer at code d’azur, you will play a key role in shaping digital experiences that are not only visually stunning but also highly functional and user-centric. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design products that meet user needs and business objectives, taking on challenges that require both creative thinking and technical expertise.
What you'll do
- Lead Design Projects: Own the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final execution. Ensure that your designs align with both user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with developers, strategists, creatives, and other designers to create cohesive and high-quality digital experiences.
- Data-Driven Design: Balance user and business needs through insight gathering and user testing. Define the challenge, validate the underlining problem and suggest a viable solution before diving into design.
- Design and Iterate: Produce pixel-perfect designs that are not only functional but also visually delightful. Continuously refine and improve your designs based on feedback and testing.
- Present and Communicate: Use compelling narratives and data to present your designs to stakeholders, clearly articulating how your work addresses user needs and business objectives.

Skills & Requirements
What we need
- Experience: 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, working as part of a product team. A strong portfolio that demonstrates a thoughtful design process and successful outcomes across various digital platforms (web, mobile, etc.). Experience working with a mature Design System and strong understanding of accessibility guidelines is a plus.
- Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other industry-standard design tools. Experience with advanced prototyping tools and motion design tools is a plus (e.g., ProtoPie, Webflow, After Effects).
- Research Integration: Ability to conduct and leverage both qualitative and quantitative research to inform and justify design decisions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for your ideas and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaboration: A team player who is eager to work with cross-disciplinary teams and contribute to a positive, creative work environment.
- Adaptability: A flexible and agile mindset, capable of working in both structured and ambiguous environments, and able to adapt to new challenges quickly.
- Curiosity and Passion: A keen interest in emerging technologies, design trends, and a constant drive to innovate and improve.
