Legal Assistant Trainee

We are looking for business administration students to join our business area teams in Helsinki as legal assistant trainees. As this is a trainee position, we do not expect you to know everything, but to ensure that you will be able to succeed in your duties, you should be fluent in Finnish and English and have good IT skills. Attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, and the ability to take initiative will also be helpful in this position. However, what we value the most is a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

As a legal assistant trainee, your duties will include email and calendar management, document management with MS Office programmes, helping with project administration, organising meetings and events, proofreading, and substituting for your assistant colleagues, to name a few examples.
