Un peu sur le Role:

Recherche de nouveaux partenariats auprès d’acteurs B2B (groupes & individuels)

Gestion des relations avec les partenaires existants et à venir (mises en place de procédures)

Déployer la stratégie de vente et de distribution HX Hurtigrtuen Expeditions sur le marché Français

Acquisition de nouveaux partenaires Groupes & FIT (tour-opérateurs, OTA, Agences de voyage (réseaux et hors- réseaux), autocaristes, Comités d’entreprises … pouvant entrainé des déplacements réguliers selon les besoins

Animation des partenaires existants sur le marché français en fonction de la répartition géographique, des priorités & selon la stratégie HX Hurtigrtuen Expéditions.

Mise en place et suivi des actions marketing des partenaires existants et nouveaux partenaires

Mise en place de rapports d’activités commerciales avec les partenaires (incluant l’envoi régulier d‘ analyses commentées)

Support commercial des partenaires Benelux en collaboration avec le Manager FR/BNL

Mise en place et suivi des formations partenaires (présentations, webinaires, etc.)

Supports du portail B2B

Connaissances et compétences:

Compréhension de l'industrie du voyage France / Benelux

  • Capacité à piloter les plans de vente et de marketing coopératif auprès de divers partenaires d'agences de voyages
  • Expérience du soutien à la formation et à l'engagement avec les agents de voyages de première ligne
  • Capacité à comprendre la performance commerciale et à soutenir les plans d'action pour remédier aux destinations / navires sous-performants
  • Hautement collaboratif pour garantir une collaboration efficace entre les équipes européennes

    Collaboration:
  • Etroite collaboration avec le l’ensemble des équipes commerciales et marketing
  • Etroite collaboration avec les services Groupes, Revenu, CSC

Indicateurs de Performance (Metriques, KPI, Evaluations, Qualitatives)

Performances commerciales, efficacité des campagnes marketing et du chiffre d'affaires réalisé, en fournissant régulièrement des rapports et des analyses à la direction.

Suivi de l'activation et de l'interaction avec les partenaires

Utiliser les indicateurs clés de performance (ICP) pour suivre les progrès, identifier les domaines à améliorer et mettre en œuvre des mesures correctives si nécessaire.
