Your role:

  • Ability to analyze problems; if frequent, point them out and propose a definitive solution.
  • Motivated and ambitious.
  • Not conformist with the minimum of acquired objectives.
  • Document solutions found to complex cases and publish them in internal wikis, updating them as necessary.
  • Read and understand SYSPER business rules for all modules; in total, SYSPER has more than 12 modules, being versatile is very important; documentation exists, you need the courage and willingness to mix technical skills with knowledge of business rules; this is appreciated by the Institution in question and also the HR/PMO.
  • Knowing how to listen and be precise in exchanges with HR/PMO/DEV and other teams concerned by modules that have a relationship with SYSPER.
  • Backlog tracking (Jira to be replaced by ServiceNow in November).
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow will be an important asset.

Your profile:

  • Must have: 
    • You are fluent in English
    • You have a Bachelor or Master degree
    • You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in IT/Development
    • You have experience in or are interested to take on a leading role
    • You are European citizen
    • You live in Belgium or are willing to relocate
  • Required skills: SQL Development, Toad (Oracle), Jira confluence, SharePoint, TortoiseGit, Bitbucket.
  • Nice to have:
    • ServiceNow, ITSM
    • Knowledge of French
