And we need more people to join the Global Marketing team to help us achieve that ambition.

As Global Head of Creative at Dometic, you will lead and elevate the creative vision and visual expression of Dometic and champion creative excellence across the group. The role is positioned at the HQ office in Stockholm, Solna Strand and you report to our Chief Marketing Officer.

Your main responsibilities

  • Globally responsible for ensuring a consistent, desirable and recognizable brand expression, brand voice and brand & product storytelling that cuts through the noise and connect with our audiences.
  • Develop and communicate a clear creative vision and strategy that supports the company's overall goals. Collaborate with other marketing and business executives to understand business objectives, market trends, and customer/customer insights to inform creative direction.
  • Own the communication platform, bringing our purpose and positioning to life and ensures a unifying brand narrative across the group.
  • Lead creative development for global campaigns and partner with other global marketing functions to ensure an integrated marketing approach.
  • Partner with Heads of segment marketing and creative teams in different business units to support and inspire creative excellence and ensure brand consistency in product launches and other marketing initiatives.
  • Partner and collaborate cross functionally with e-com, product design, product management and other key stakeholders to align creative efforts.
  • Establish processes and standards for evaluating creative work, ensuring it meets objectives, adheres to brand guidelines, and resonates with the target audiences.
  • Build, implement and manage all systems and processes related to the global creative function. Support, inspire and mentor global & local creative teams during concept phase and through asset development.
  • Ensure quality of global creative agency partners, provide input and support in evaluation of business unit specific agency partners.
  • Support brand integration of acquired companies from a visual identity & creative standpoint.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools/technology and best practices in design, advertising, and marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective production of high-quality creative assets.
  • Identify creative opportunities for the brand and the business.
  • Manage, mentor, inspire and develop the creative team and ensure an organization fit for purpose.

Skills & Requirements

A suitable background would be at least 10 years of relevant experience in Creative leadership roles, working internationally with premium global consumer lifestyle brands, ideally in the outdoor space and/or consumer electronics – as well as possessing the following qualifications and experiences:

  • A degree within the fields of Marketing, Art, Visual/Graphic Design or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Additional to B2C-marketing, experience within B2B marketing is a plus.
  • Experienced leader with exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams across functions and geographies, senior stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong strategic and conceptual creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, able to balance creative vision with business objectives and operational realities.
  • Understanding and genuine interest in outdoor culture, design, future trends and technology.
  • Expert knowledge of creative applied across all forms of media including digital and physical, with both still and motion design.
  • A strong documented portfolio of creative work both personally produced and as the result of teams personally managed.
  • Expert user of all relevant design and editing software applications.
  • Inspirational team leader and manager. You have excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to motivate a team to create the best work we have ever seen.
  • Comfortable with Project Management software, ideally Asana
  • Comfortable working across cultures and time zones & managing projects across functions and geographies.
  • Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English. Bilingual in Swedish is a plus.

Dometic operates with a 4+1 policy, 4 days per week in the office and the possibility to work 1 day per week remotely.
