We want a Solution Architect for Sales & Customer Services to check in with us in Stockholm, Sweden!

We are currently on a mission to strengthen our sales capabilities, modernizing key parts of our central IT systems and services. With several major initiatives in the pipeline, we are seeking a Solution Architect to join our Customer Journey tech organization to become a crucial part in our transformation.

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the solution architecture within the Sales & Customer Services domain. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that enhance our overall operations, drive automation, digitalization, and efficiency to improve communication with our customers. **

Main Activities:

  • Design workflows that enhance efficiency and simplify work processes, while providing insights on maximizing the utility of our existing technology
  • Act as an advisor to Business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Technical Leads.
  • Conduct technical pre-studies for new initiatives and provide recommendations based on functional needs to drive successful outcomes.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and manage technical debt, ensuring stable, efficient and business-ready solutions.
  • Participate in vendor assessments, secure agreed designs and architectural strategies and contribute to project deliveries.
  • Engage in security audits to identify areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders at different levels to understand business and product owner needs to identify challenges and provide technical solutions.

Skills & Requirements

Who are you?

  • Previous experience working with solution architecture
  • Strong domain knowledge within B2B sales and customer service
  • Technical background with expertise in sales processes and CPQ
  • Experience from Salesforce Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, Dynamics 365 Sales & Marketing, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills and technical capabilities
  • Proficiency in agile ways of working
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different levels
  • Bachelor's degree within System Engineering/Computer Science or similar
  • Experience from the travel and/or hospitality sector would be meritorious
  • Full working proficiency in English

This is a full-time employment. You will be part of Group IT, a European function even though we have most of our presence in the Nordics. We have a warm and friendly approach and we love to welcome new members to our team.
