We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Specialist to support to support one of the most significant business transformations currently underway in the Nordic region: the Unibake Business Platform implementation.

This is what you will do

We are seeking a Technical Specialist to join our Platform team. In this role, you will support the maintenance, development, and deployment of technical solutions within our ERP systems (D365FO and AX20212). Key responsibilities include managing infrastructure tasks such as release pipelines, code deployments, environment maintenance, security, and configuration management. Additionally, you will engage in development and database scripting, and should have a solid understanding of integration methods, electronic reporting, and output management. Familiarity with CRM and Power Apps is a plus. If you are passionate about optimizing ERP systems and possess the relevant skills, we would love to hear from you.

Primary areas of responsibility:

  • Manage environment and infrastructure tasks, including deployments, maintenance, database scripting, and release pipeline management.
  • Support and optimize the Data Management Framework and Electronic Reporting solutions.
  • Perform development tasks using X++, SQL, and PowerShell, with a focus on automating routine processes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of core business processes, such as Accounts Receivable, Warehouse, and Production, to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Collaborate with the functional team to address challenges and implement cross-functional improvements.
  • Ensure consistent communication and knowledge sharing about the technical platform.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and prioritize technical tasks based on organizational goals and requirements.

Skills & Requirements

This is what you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of development experience in D365FO (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations).
  • At least 5 years of experience with end-to-end implementation projects.
  • Proven experience working on international projects with cross-border collaboration.
  • Expertise in managing offshore development teams effectively.
  • Hands-on experience with deployment management, including planning and execution.
  • Intermediate experience with X++ and adherence to Microsoft best practices.
  • Knowledge of Azure Portal and Azure services.
  • Familiarity with AX2012 and D365FO data structures.
