Job Description:

Are you ready to join a team dedicated to creating long-lasting value and ensuring our customers' continued success? At KlarPris, we're seeking a passionate member to our Customer Relations team, focused on customer retention and churn prevention. We value your positive attitude, skills, and commitment over previous titles. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our valued customers with using and developing their understanding of KlarPris' solutions and actively working to retain our valued clients.


  • Customer Retention and Churn Prevention: Work closely with experienced colleagues to proactively manage customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust in our brand and products.
  • Continued Support: Assist in the day-to-day usage, maintain continuous communication with customers, and ensure smooth execution of strategies that enhance customer retention.
  • Ongoing Customer Support and Follow-up: Schedule regular status meetings with customers, provide comprehensive support in using KlarPris, and follow up on their experience to address any concerns promptly.
  • User Education: Assist in training users to maximize their use of the KlarPris platform, ensuring they gain the full benefits and remain engaged.

Skills & Requirements

  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team with a focus on customer satisfaction and value creation.
  • Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented with empathy and interest in customer needs.
  • Motivated, with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn and develop within Customer Success.
  • Skilled Communicator: Proficient communicator in both Danish and English and preferably a Scandinavian language, both verbally, in writing, and in meetings.
  • Cross collaborative experience and motivated to create value for both internal and external stakeholders.
