Marketing Communicator

Are you a detail-oriented marketer with a knack for writing and a love for strategic campaign planning, being creative, and continuous optimization? Then you might be the one we are looking for to join our global marketing team in Linköping.
In this role, you will be responsible for our external communication and digital channels, such as LinkedIn and our website. You’ll take on a variety of tasks, including web updates, LinkedIn follow-ups and analysis, content creation, exhibition-related communication (such as invitations and landing pages), and supporting our country operations. You'll collaborate with different teams to create engaging content
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys hands-on work, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update LinkedIn with relevant and engaging content and campaigns.
- Analyze and follow up on LinkedIn campaigns, website traffic, and email invitations.
- Oversee web updates to ensure information is current and accurately represents our brand.
- Coordinate the production of marketing materials and content pieces. As you gain experience, take on more responsibilities in content creation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy.
- Have an active role in our communications team, bringing new insights and perspectives to develop our external communications efforts and find opportunities to develop our communications content and channels.

Skills & Requirements
At Sectra, we hire for attitude and ability – train for skill. This means who you are is more important than your previous experiences. There are a few core abilities that are central for any role. We always look for your willingness and ability to learn and take on new tasks fast, utilize previous experiences and quickly grasp new information.
In addition to these abilities, we also want you to:
- 1-3 years of experience working in a marketing department or in marketing communications.
- An academic degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, communications, economics, marketing).
- Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in design, photo and video editing tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive and driven teammate who works effectively both independently and with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
We consider it a great asset if you:
- Have experience from an international environment
- Hands-on experience managing and executing marketing campaigns, preferably emails, newsletters, and LinkedIn.
- Have worked with the Adobe Creative Cloud program suite
- Have experience of relevant digital marketing tools, such as WordPress or similar web content management systems, ClickDimensions or similar marketing automation tools, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEO, Google Analytics, etc
Other information: The HQ marketing team is responsible for the external website (medical side), social media, global tradeshows, global marketing campaigns, and product marketing, including product launches, release for sales material, and sales presentations. The team also provides service and support to our sales and marketing teams across Sectra’s various country operations.
