Product Portfolio & Master-Data Management Coordinator (25-hour part-time job)

About the position

We are looking for a (energized, open minded, fresh, person with commercial background) who like to interact and network with different stakeholder in an international company. In this role, you work close together with our Product Management Team and supports your colleagues, to secure, that all of our products are identified correctly in our global PIM system. You support all product launches and product phase outs. You are an important input provider, which products should be in our price-lists and presented on our websites.

Supporting the Product Management Segment EMEA organization in assortment management and implementation and execution of product management processes according to the corporate strategy and processes. Acting as a bridge builder between PM EMEA and the other departments within the group (mainly Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain). Important contributor to our seamless flow ambitions in the Group for all product related content.

The location of the role is preferred in Siegen (or close to other Dometic German entities like Emsdetten or Krautheim).

Your main responsibilities

  • Product Launch Coordination:
  • Supervising the official Project Roadmap for the Segment EMEA (showing the new product launches in the next 1-3 years)
  • Supervision and control of the Product Launch Process and deliverables for all product areas in EMEA.
  • Guiding & supporting the EMEA Product Managers for the creation and realization of product launch plans & deliverables for the new products being introduced on the market
  • Assortment Coordination:
  • Regular monitoring of our product master-data to identify missing or misleading content.
  • Quarterly preparation and execution of Product Portfolio analyzings with the Product-Management team for each Product Area. Comparison of the range actually sold with the master data indexing
  • Part of the Regional Assortment Committee for the Channel Management Representation in EMEA. Delivering information to the Media Manager EMEA & Asset Manager EMEA about new products to be included in the web-published assortment (phase-ins) and old products to be removed from the web-published assortment (phase-outs).
  • Secure together with the Pricing Manager EMEA that new products receive correct prices for the respective EMEA countries according to the market availability.
  • Create and share a monthly pruning report. Secure with the Product-Managers, that the end of life for our products is identified accordingly in our PIM and ERP systems
  • Additional Tasks:
  • Supporting for product trainings & internal launch events/forums/yearly meetings presenting the new product launches.
  • Supporting the digitalization & new internal ways of working for the PM EMEA Team. The focus is the supervision and coordination of the SharePoint/Teams common shared working space.

Skills & Requirements

A suitable background would be the following in terms of qualifications and experiences:

  • Successfully completed commerical apprenticeship
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools and PIM systems preferrable, but not a prerequisite
