We're thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Senior People Partner to join our dynamic People & Culture team! As our People Partner, you'll be a key player in setting the people agenda, carving the role of trusted advisor for your business area - Asset Finance. Additionally, you'll wear the Country HR Manager hat for Poland, overseeing one direct report and making a significant impact. Join us and help shape the future!

What does the role look like?

  • Strategic and operational lead for designated area of HR specialism
  • Create, deliver area tailored People initiatives from area Operating Plan
  • Undertake monthly business reviews to drive initiatives and improvements at a metrics level
  • People centric and commercial complex advice and challenge to stakeholders. End-to-end complex case management
  • Social media: a proactive and sufficiently frequent role in creating and sharing content to promote the achievements, culture and other areas of interest via social media change.
  • Coach leaders and organization
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders to coordinate, implement and promote a range of BQS HR initiatives across the organisation
  • Oversight of delegated task completion in time as tasks relate to the business area. Ensure the BA is up to date when it comes to administration
  • Participate in ad hoc HR administrative tasks as and when, including report generation and analysis, internal audits, event coordination and banding initiatives
  • Livestream and other presentations
  • Mentor for less experienced P&C team members
  • Ensure compliance with Polish regulations and handle employer's obligations, update internal policies, oversee payroll, and act as advisor for local HR matters
  • Be active part of local events and coordinate cooperation with agencies and external partners (legal, payroll etc.).

Are we a great match?

To master the role of Senior People Partner we believe that you have:

  • Strong understanding of hybrid waterfall-agile HR models, HR stack, including policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Strong and commercial understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience of an international firm and working cross locations
  • Knowledge and understanding of strategy both in business and in HR specialism
  • Knowledge and experience with HR software
  • Experience of end-to-end complex case management and commercial resolution
  • Experience of complex people centric and commercial advice and challenge to senior stakeholder groups
  • Excellent project lead experience
  • Strong leadership of others to drive performance. Comfortable presenting in front of large groups
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree or other relevant higher qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration
  • Fluent English&Polish allowing efficient communication in an international environment
